Got some very old tires at the Glendale toy swap meet.
They're hard and won't fit the wheels.
Using a knife, shaved the center of the tires about 1mm to make the center hole slightly larger.
Then, put them in the oven to heat them up and soften them.
After about 4 minutes at 350F, they were just soft enough to install without tearing them.
