Prototipo Steering Wheel & Hub -- Found some screws that fit the wheel/hub -- Assembled the two pieces

Repairing the Front Brake and Derailleur -- Part 5 (Replaced the front brake cable)

Cut a new front brake cable to length and installed, using the original cable housing.  Cleaned the housing first.  Then trimmed about 3/8" off the end that goes into the brake caliper (there was a little corrosion on the end).  Also trimmed the felt material on the cable housing to make it look more tidy.  In this picture, the brake cable is routed incorrectly.  It should be behind the white rear derailleur shift cable.

Installed the replacement brake lever assembly to the handle bar.  There's a little bit of road rash on the metal cap and the plastic part of the brake lever.  Will try to file, sand and polish the metal piece to minimize the damage appearance.

The brake cable housing is routed under the handle bar.

Applied some grease to the end of the brake cable housing where it enters the brake adjuster.  It's a dark green color grease (Park Tools grease).  The brake cable is still routed incorrectly...

The new brake cable is routed into the cable clamp.

When checking the cable movement when the steering is turned showed the incorrect routing.  Took it apart again and routed the cable correctly.  Then adjusted the brakes so that there' just enough clearance between the brake pads and the wheel rim so that there's no rubbing.  The closer the clearance, the more responsive the brake lever will be.  Will trim the cable and put on a protector on the end.
