Sunday, March 13, 2022 -- Long Beach Car Swap Meet -- part 9 -- 3/8" socket holder strip

Used it to hold Plomb sockets and put it in the drawer with all Plomb tools.

Moved a couple of hardware bins out of the flat files

There's stuff to put in the space...

Sunday, February 27, 2022 -- Driving Museum model car swap -- Part 19 & Last -- Corgi Porsche 911S Targa - Fixed the door

The RH door was like this when I bought it.

The LH door is fine.

Corgi Toys "Whizzwheels"
(The plastic tires have a raised narrow section on the inboard side that allows the toy to roll with reduced friction.)

Made in GT BRITAIN

The RH door opens OK but closes funny.

Using a small screwdriver as a pry tool, was able to move the closing spring so that the door closes correctly.
Fixed.

The engine lid opens.

Pretty rudimentary mockup of the engine and cooling fan.

I don't know if the actual car ever came with a gold colored targa roll-hoop cover.
All the ones that I recall ever seeing were brushed stainless steel (silver color).
