Removed the Shimano 600 downtube rear derailleur shifter from the Miele Bike

Before removal (pretty dirty). 

 








 
The adjuster has "teeth" that match the inner piece (the one on the very left of the picture).  The teeth are all broken off...


Need to replace the adjuster (the piece in the middle of the picture) or the entire assembly. 
I have some spare parts for the shifter (from previous miscellaneous purchases), like the Dura-Ace lever in the above picture, but I don't have an exact match for the broken adjuster...




I do have the Suntour shifter assembly in the bottom of this picture, but I don't want to mix brands and don't know if it would even work OK...

I also have the Shimano lever assembly in the left side of this picture, it appears to also be an SIS shifter with the same number of gear detents (6 speeds).  I'll probably use this part.

There's two swiveling and locking casters on the RH side.  The LH side has fixed non-swiveling casters.
