Cleaning Up the Series I Jaguar XJS Instrument Cluster -- Cleaning the tachometer & reassembly -- Part 3

Long Beach Car Swapmeet -- Sunday, August 4, 2019 -- SCCA magazine from June 1976 -- Part 3

Porsche Experience Center Cars & Coffee - Saturday, August 3, 2019 -- Part 4

Lots of patina on this early 912

Home made dash with the original gauge cluster and some of the switches...

Nice Boxter.  They have gotten too large, as is true of all the Porsches...

Long Beach Motorcycle Swap Meet -- Sunday, July 28, 2019 -- 914 & Indian - Part 13 & Last

Parked behind this 1974 914 with the Mahle wheels.  The car appeared to be in very good condition.  Don't care for the color scheme.  Also, prefer the black covers on the B-pillar than painted.  Also don't care for the aftermarket "Porsche" plastic panel between the tail lights...

Very classic look.  This bike has been part of the advertising for the El Camino motorcycle swap meet.  It's on display at every Long Beach Motorcycle Swap Meet...

Long Beach Antique Swap Meet -- Sunday, July 21, 2019 -- ELO - Face the Music -- Part 16

Long Beach Model T Swap Meet -- Saturday, July 20, 2019 -- AQ Vol 9 No 1 -- Part 18

Long Beach Swap Meet -- Sunday, July 14, 2019 -- Blue-Point Tool Box - Took out the drawers -- Part 25

The lock tab is bent -- used a hammer to bend it back straight

There's a couple of dents/spits in the back.  Will take out the drawers so that I can hammer the surface back close to flush.

Blue-Point sells a very similar tool box currently;  KRW83C & it sells for $146.  I think the C stands for made in China...

The bottom is bent.  Will try to straighten.

There's a metal tab on the side of the drawers that need to be bent in order to get the drawers out.

Using a punch & hammer, bend the red metal tab in...

I bent this one pretty good (a little too much)

This side was bent just enough to get the drawer out.

All the drawers are out so now the back and the bottom can be bent back into shape.

This picture clearly shows how much the bottom is bent...

The back is damaged behind the center drawer locking mechanism.  It will be a little bit tricky to bend back...

Ran out of time.  Put all the stuff in the corner for now...
