| Nice old tool box but in somewhat rough shape. The top of the front lid had broken off & someone glued it back on (not too well), the top handle is missing, the mirror inside the lid is missing, there's some wear and wood damage on the bottom (the finger joints are a little rough an some wood is missing) and the plywood top layer is pretty damaged on the back of the box (missing big sections of the top veneer...). The thing that really drew me to the box is the drawer pull hardware. I really like the look of the round ring pulls. This box has a strange pin locking mechanism. I'm not sure what it's supposed to do. He wanted $100 for it. Later on, I went by this vendor & the box was gone... |
