Thursday, May 12, 2022 -- Hang Glider Spot
Due to the winds the last several days, the bike path has many spots with sand across it.
Near the hang glider spot, there's deep sand across the bike path.
I got off the bike and walked it into the adjacent parking lot.
The parking lot has much less sand.
Can rejoin the bike path at the end of the parking lot, past all the sandy parts...
Air Compressor Powered Vacuum Attachment
After airing up the bicycle tires, I got out this air powered vacuum to see if it will work on the Kennedy tool box drawers with metal shavings.
I had bought this at a swap meet many years ago but I don't think I've ever really used it...
This is what the drawers looked like before vacuuming.
The metal shavings are pretty difficult to vacuum out from the felt lining...
After vacuuming.
Pretty good.
This is the bottom drawer after vacuuming.
Works well but uses a lot of air (the compressor had to run continuously when using the vacuum.
