Area is know for "wild" horses.  This is a juvenile and was very easy going (allowed petting...)

H. G. Stilley Rosewood round plane (missing the cutter)


Looked up the name.  It appears to be a maker of planes for the shipbuilding/repair industry, circa the second half of the 1800s.  Based out of the Bay Area.  I think it's made out of rosewood & is very heavy (even without the blade)!  The wood is gorgeous...
