| This picture and the next two are from a guy selling some of the most unusual and fascinating stuff I've ever seen at a swap meet. The bracelets in the front middle are the ones given out to drivers at LeMans about 50 years ago. The arm-band at the bottom left corner is signed by Dennis Jenkinson. Nearly everything had such connections and a story to race car drivers and journalists from around a half a century ago... Needless to say, I didn't buy anything from him (priced accordingly...) but really enjoyed talking to him... |
