Went to the local ski rental place to rent some cross-country skis.
We're going to try it tomorrow.
The rental place is near a ski stadium and trails.
The guy at the rental place recommended going there to try the "green" (beginner) trails.
Went to Costco for some stuff.
Noticed the they sold local (Alaskan) dried salmon.
It's too much for us to buy and try for the short time we're there.
Snow shoes.
Micro-spikes for icy conditions (they go over your shoes).
Thought about buying some but don't know when/if I'll ever use them...
