There's a boat in the Ballona Creek side of the marina, that says something about ocean cleanup on it.
There's also this blue "carpet" going from the bike path to the Ballona creek channel...
The boat's been moored in the same spot for at least a couple of weeks.
Also, the blank sign in the front of the picture is new and is on a "siding" from the bike path.
There's nothing on the board yet...
They removed the fencing around the parking lot.
It looks like they're about to open the parking lot.
They've also put in some sort of concrete "bridges" along the edge of the creek (the sections with white railing).
Will have to walk out there one of these days to check it out.
