Saturday, October 15, 2022 -- BBQ Steak

BBQ'd a large rib eye steak.
Used a meat thermometer to get to medium/medium-rare.
Turned out pretty good.

Too large for the two of us to finish in one meal.
Ended up having it over three separate meals...


With rice, salad, kimchee & nori...
