They're finally tearing down the old Toyota headquarters building in Torrance. I think it's been unused for about 5 years.
Spent 9 years going in and out of the building (2006 - 2015).
Most of the campus has been torn down (some new warehouse buildings have already been built on about 1/3 of the former campus).
The top management used to sit on the 3rd floor of the 4 story building. The Japanese still follow the traditional belief that the number 4 is unlucky (ill-fortuitous) and that the number 3 is lucky (fortuitous).
