Cannondale SixThirteen -- Drivetrain Noise...

There's a lot of noise from the bike (drivetrain?) when riding.
Suspecting that the rear cassette is "loose."
Checked the play on the cassette & there's quite a bit.
Removed the locking "nut" and checked the cassette.
Nothing was missing or broken but there's some play in the interface between the cassette and the hub.

Used the special tool to removed an reinstall the cassette.

Also checked the play in the rear deraileur.
Tightened the screws/bolts for the freewheels/mechanism.
There's play in these components too.

I've probably put about 20,000 miles on the bike since I bought it used.  I've replaced the rear cassette, front derailleur, front chain rings & chain (several times).  The drivetrain parts that haven't been replaced are the wheel/hub, rear derailleur and the bottom bracket.
May have to replace all three at some point in the near future...

There's a spacer on the very inside end of the cassette (closest to the largest gear).
Thinking of seeing if there's an additional thin washer/spacer I can put there to see if the play can be eliminated...   Will check online to see if such a product exists.

Tightened the rear derailleur hanger bolt also...

Checked the bottom bracket (the bearing at the crank) for play or noise.
On the bike stand, I couldn't see or notice any play in the bottom bracket.
This BB is a "threaded" vs. "press fit" type.
The "BC1.37x24 Road" indicate the type and size.
