Couple of bikes branded "Boss"
Guessing that they're loaner bikes from this place for their guests...
Hard to see but a guy with one of those cargo bikes with the large bin on the front and long wheelbase was carrying a small child and going up the hill. He seemed to be making it up the hill pretty easily (didn't even have to stand up) so it probably has electric assist...
