Went to the local Ace Hardware store to look for something that might work in adapting the connection from the Swedish camp stove gas line.
Didn't find exactly what I need.
Checked online too and didn't find it either.
Doesn't seem to be readily available...
There's a couple of fittings at the hardware store that could be used to jury-rig something...
The metric LH threaded fitting from the camp stove is close enough to fit an 1/8" NPT coupling...
