New (Shimano BB-UN55 -- sealed bearing) Bottom Bracket for the Schwinn Paramount

This came in the mail...

It goes here...

Made in Indonesia.

I ordered 68 mm X 118 MM

The spindle length (of the bottom bracket from the Miele bike) is about 119 mm.

The Bottom Bracket Portion of the Paramount frame is 68 mm.

This is what's in the box.

This is a sealed bearing design, whereas the Paramount originally probably came with a traditional type, with the caged bearings (like the ones that are in the Miele bike).   It needs a special tool to install.  I don't think I have the tool...
The "user's manual" doesn't tell you how to install it.  It says to take it to a bicycle mechanic...  Or look at the "dealer's manual" on line at http://si.shimano.com

The tool I need looks like this.  I don't know if I have it (will have to check in my bicycle tool box...)  It looks like I can buy a serviceable tool on Amazon for $7.

There is no torque information on the website.  The locking ring appears to have some thread locker type of material on it.  It bottoms out on the frame's bottom bracket so it looks like it just needs to be "tight" to the frame (no real loads on the threads).
