Aluminum Cannondale Road Bike -- as acquired (late '80s? early '90s?)

It appears to be complete but is pretty rough condition & pretty dirty.  It was apparently left outside.  Cannondales (frames) were made in the USA.  I think they used to be based out of Connecticut.  The company was bought by a conglomerate & the recent bikes are no longer made in the USA...

It appears to have the full Shimano 600 group set.

Sakae SR Laparade Alloy Seatpost (Japan)

Sealed bearing headset...

Nitto gooseneck (Japan)

The brake levers are missing the rubber hoods...

The bike frame is aluminum but the fork is made of steel, as can be seen from the brown rust...

The bike has many places with missing paint.  Will probably just touch up the paint...

Missing the inner tubes?

Dent in the rim...

Shimano 600 hubs.

Shimano 600 rear hub
