Christmas-New Years break in the UK -- Part 10 -- Tate Modern

Yes, T is wearing shorts...






The building is imposing but not very attractive.  But, they installed narrow floor to ceiling in various places that give interesting "framed" views out at what seem like random locations...

This building next to the Tate Modern appears to be housing.  The corner glass rooms are an interesting architectural design feature.  From the Tate Modern, you can see right through the rooms...




There's a pedestrian only bridge across the Thames right in front of the Tate Modern.  It looks like an interesting bridge to walk over...








A Brazilian songwriter/singer, Caetano Veloso, playing a pared down version of a 1967 song that "launched a new genre Tropicalisimo..."  Nice music...
