Culver City Tool Swap Meet -- Saturday, February 17, 2018 - three [R.J. Loock & Co, Baltimore - '30s Chevrolet hubcap wrench?, Snap-on wrench ,Stickleback - Germany, Stanley, Plomb, Do Not Use for Dynamite]

Unusual tool.  Seems to be most often used for preparing car tire punctures for a plug but I don't think that's it's intended use (it's too long for that).

At first glance this looks like an ordinary screwdriver but has some unusual design features, like the graduated steps at the top of the shaft, the red ring between the steps and the metal collar, the very high quality steel used in the shaft/blade & the nicely shaped wooden handle...

This warning is "stamped" into the wood in four places around the handle.  Interesting warning...
