Don't know what this is.

Have never seen it before.

Looks like it was a French "auto salon" in the early 1920s.

Midengined.

Extremely low (with very low ground clearance for the day).

Very narrow (small frontal area).

Very cab forward.

Smaller solid wheels.

No fenders.
