Saturday, August 14, 2021 -- Glendale Toy Show -- Part 1

I parked a block away from the Glendale Civic Auditorium.

There's a "channel" next to the auditorium.

Very cool old "railing" on the bridge over the channel...

The neighborhood next to the auditorium looks very nice.

Big old houses, big lots, mature greenery, winding hilly streets & seems quiet  (only downside is that it's very hot compared to near the ocean).

 

Tuesday, August 10, 2021 -- Manhattan Beach Pier -- School must have started for some. A little bit less busy at the beach...

 

Honda Motorcycle Keychain & some stuff in one of the flat file drawers...

Cleaned this old Honda Motorcycle Key-chain.  (don't have a before picture handy, but it was pretty dirty)

Came out pretty nice...

I never finished this Porsche horn button project.

What would be good is to stretch out the old leather some before gluing it to the red leather below.

I'll have to research how to stretch shrunk leather...
