The LH side bar tape got shifted quite a bit, exposing the bar underneath in the transition to the drops.
Took it apart and redid the wrapping with more tension.
Hopefully it won't move as easily...
The tape condition is still pretty good so don't need to replace the bar tape yet...
Also tilted the bars up about 1.5 degrees to make the brake levers be a bit more comfortable to grip while riding...
