| Removed the broken phone mount from the handlebar. |

| Taken apart. Only the base mount (piece with the brass threaded insert) is broken. |

| The base broke in all four corners. the corner closet in the picture is completely broken through. In the other three corners, the cracks had not fully broken through. The weight and vibration of the phone is too much for the design/plastic of the base. This is the second mount break I've experienced over the years. |

| Have a bag of spare mounts and parts. Including a couple of replacement base pieces. |

| Installed a replacement mount. The weight of the phone is offset forward of the mounting location on the handle bar, which increase the load on the plastic mount base. |
