| Same steering wheel as used on the 1963 Porsche 911. The gauges have a similar look to the 356 & 911. |

| After the Diego Rivera designed museum, we took an Uber to the central area of downtown Mexico City. |
 |
| While walking around, we came across this monument. The area around the monument was set up for a big new year's eve fair that hadn't started yet. |
 |
| There were many "booths" for taking Christmas related photos. There were all kinds of scenes with many different model animals. |
 |

| We took the elevator ride to the top. You can see some of the fair setup as you go up. |

| At the top, you're inside a dome. |
 |
| The outdoor observation area is just outside of the dome. |
 |
| This dark narrow gap to the left is how you get down from the dome to the observation deck. Surprisingly narrow. |

| There's a stairway up to the top of the dome. Many steps! Mexico City's elevation is 7,350 feet! The air is very thin. Very easy to run out of breath going up stairs. Had to take a couple of breaks on the way up. |

| You can also see the foundation of the structure under ground level. The mechanical structure is pretty impressive. |

| You have to put any large bags or backpacks in storage while you do the tour. We're picking up a backpack. |
