Sunday, September 27, 2026 - water leak at the rear of the house (found the root cause)

| The downpipe was clogged with debris. |

| There's a small gap in the roofing material just at the drain area. Will need to seal it. |
Monday, September 7, 2026 - Morgan Factory Tour - part 1

| I spent two nights at the apartment. Leaving for the Morgan Factory, which is nearby in Malvern. |

| Morgan has a customer visitor area with a very nice cafe. |
 |
| The tour guide starting the tour. They had a nice earpiece that everyone used to hear the guide. So, you didn't have to be close to him to hear what he's saying. |
