LED dimmable switch for the dining room...

The dimmer switch in the dining room doesn't work with LED bulbs.

Bought a new switch that's designed to work with LEDs.

Removing the old switch...

New switch installed.

There's a very thin slide bar on the right edge of the switch for the dimmer function.

Done.

The switch works fine with the LEDs.

But the humidity is high (85%).

Pretty windy too...

Forecast is for continued mild weather for the next week or so...

The tires looked old and should be replaced but still a nearly give-away price...

Strange Toilet Tank Stopper Failure...

The tank is leaking through the stopper...

Unbelievable failure of the rubber stopper.

It's disintegrating in water!

Had a spare stopper (with a built-in float to keep the stopper from closing too fast).

All the black debris in the tank is from the disintegrating stopper...

It looks like it's melted/chemically attacked...

Bizarre...
