The handlebars were angled too low.
The bottom arrow is about how it was before adjusting.
The picture is after adjustment.
The angle was "raised" about 3 to 4 degrees.
This made the brake lever "hoods" come up quite a bit.
It will be more comfortable to ride in the hoods.
The "correct" angle/location for the brake levers is to be even higher than this. But, I prefer it to be somewhat lower than typical...
