Friday, August 2, 2024 - Kauai - Anahola Beach - Overall, one of the best beaches we went to on Kauai

It took three tries to find the parking area for this beach.
There was only one car in the parking area (with a couple of women sitting it it).
It's a short walk down to the beach along a dirt path.
There was no one at the beach when we got there.

The green fruit on this bush looked kinda like bunches of grapes but a different looking fruit.

The sea was calm and the waves were very gentle.
There's some nice sandy spots to walk easily into the water.
The snorkeling was also decent (some fish & lots of sea cucumbers).

Some good shady spots to lay a towel down on.

The short hike back up to the car.

Near the parking area, there were some larges tacked stones.

View out from the rental condo towards the beach

The place is on the south end of Kapa'a.
Adjacent to the Coconut market/shopping.
Pretty much in the middle of the main road, in terms of distance from end to end.

The place felt like a typical apartment (1 bed/1 bath).
