Spent nine hours waiting in the cafeteria & parking lot of the hospital in Westwood...
Was going to eat dinner outside of the cafeteria but it started to rain, lightening and thunder, so had to move back inside...
They won't allow anyone, other than the patient, to go into the emergency room/area and didn't want people even waiting outside.
They asked that people wait somewhere else, thus the cafeteria...
Later, the cafeteria and the hospital was closed to visitors.
Was going to wait outside of the emergency room but it got too cold and windy.
So, sat in the car in the underground parking garage under the hospital. Had to charge the phone too...
The entire time (9 hours), we had to communicate what's going on via text.
She got released at nearly 2 AM... (got there before 5 PM)
