Two of the casters have locks and rotate/swivel.
The other two don't.
The casters are of high quality. They roll smoothly & easily.
They're also quiet.
The drawers latch.
You have to push up on the release bar under the drawer pull handle to open the drawer.
Nice feature.
Came with two keys.
