There's a large ship sitting just off shore between Manhattan Beach & Hermosa Beach Piers...
Pretty unusual to see a ship anchored in this area.
Yesterday, they were taking down the outdoor dining terraces on the last block before the pier. In one day, it's back to metered parking, like it was before COVID.
The next block up the hill still has the outdoor dining platforms (can see the red/white umbrellas).
