White Cannondale Bike -- Front Wheel -- Cleaned, dent in the rim repaired, rim tape replaced, inner tube installed & the whole assembly

Before cleaning the rim with scotchbrite... 

After cleaning with Scotchbrite...

Old rim tape was nearly brittle so it was removed...

New cloth bar tape installed.

strangely, the inner tubes were missing from this bike when purchased.  Installed a new inner tube...

All reassembled and ready to go back on the bike.

New inner tube valve stem (a little too tall for this old shallow rim...).
