Fork/Shock Pump & Campagnolo Ring

Not a tire pump.  Specifically for pumping up mountain bike shocks/forks.  Used it on the used mountain bike I recently bought (to pump up the rear shock).

Don't know what this ring is for...  It's old & chrome is peeling.
