A little faster than my overall average (18.84 MPH), averaged over the past three years or so.
It's the first time since before Christmas that I've been above my average.
Gonna be even hotter...

The noodles are not dried. They're fresh.
You cook the noodles like fresh noodles.
Then the sauce, liquid & not dried, is also heated like the noodles, in boiling water.
Requires two pans of hot water!
It's OK but not that great.
The noodles are pretty much ramen noodles; they should be more like udon noodles (thicker).
The sauce is good though (better than the powder pack in the dried version).
