Needs some finishing touches but is nearly done.
Brought it home to the garage.
Will probably hang it from the rafters.
Hung up for now.

Friday, February 25, 2022 -- Manhattan Beach Pier
The official address is 1115 The Strand, Manhattan Beach CA 90266
Don't know what it says...
There were quite a few people around at the pier but I just happened to capture a moment when this view across the pier area was nearly empty of people.
Just left of the picture was a guy trying to get signatures to recall the LA county DA.
Thursday, February 24, 2022 -- Dinner
Took it off the BBQ at 138 F.
Rises to about 145 F after resting.
Perfect medium.
Also BBQ'd seasoned asparagus.
Came out nice and soft.
Also some summer kimchee.
