Teledyne Titan -- Fork Crack

I was working on putting this bike together previously.  Started with just a bare frame & fork.  I found about the right vintage used parts for it (mostly Shimano) and got pretty far along but got stopped at the rear derailleur (the used part I was trying to use wasn't working right.  Shimano Dura-Ace.  Don't know why yet...)

One major issue is this crack in the LH side fork.
Have no idea how to "fix" it.
I could put a patch over it (epoxy on a piece of titanium or carbon-fiber?)
May just replace the fork with an aluminum or carbon fiber fork...

The local recycling center on Venice Blvd.  Waiting in line... 

This bin is being replaced right next to the line (just a few feet away from people standing in line).
