| Set up the drill press for drilling 7/16" holes. |

| Used this small back-stop to locate the frame. |
 |
| Centered the hole across the piece. |
 |
| Hole depth was set to about 1/2 way through the wood. |
 |
| Had to clear enough junk out of the way to allow the frame to be set on the drill press. |
 |
| All 6 cross bars installed. |
 |
| Sanded the piece with 100 then 180 grit paper. |
 |
| Ready for finishing. |
