Old Kennedy TC-20AL Tackle Box -- needs some "refurbishing"

Offered to trade this old aluminum & plastic Kennedy tackle box for some hand tools with SF but he declined.

Really like the blue wrinkle finish paint...

I'd like to clean up this box and repaint it the original blue wrinkle finish paint but I don't think you can get the blue wrinkle finish paint (can get it in black & red...  Maybe paint it red?)
