Boyd's wheel center caps -- one of the caps was "cleaned" on the wire wheel (comparison to one that was not)

After wire wheel...

Could not get into this area with the wire wheel.

Used steel wool to clean up the area...

The one on the right has not been wire wheeled...

To get it to the finish that these originally had, you would have to use a buffing wheel...
