Blue Paramount -- Bontrager Wheels with Blue tires put on the bike

Cleaned up an old skewer and put it on the front wheel, which was missing the skewer.  Greased all the parts before assembly. 

The blue on the side of the tires matches the blue of the frame pretty well.  This frame needs everything so the wheels are just the start...
