Thanksgiving Holiday, 2022 -- Fairbanks Alaska -- Part 16 - Wednesday, 11/23 - Slovakian dinner
Went to a Slovakian restaurant (Soba) for dinner in downtown Fairbanks.
The menu said that this is the most popular traditional Slovakian dish (Mamaliga).
Stewed Pork, eggs and a corn polenta with cream feta cheese on top.
Pretty good.
Potato Pirogies.
Dumplings with minced pork/beef.
Had honey cake and coffee for desert.
This was at noon.
Sunset at 3 PM.
