| Finished repairing the drywall and repainting the master bath. Ceiling and trim is painted white. The walls are a creamy color (Benjamin Moore paint). Replaced the corroded light fixtures. Caulked around the vanity area. |

| Also replaced the caulking around the backsplash of the sink area in the kitchen. |

| The water heater & Electrical closet door is pretty dirty. |
