Monday, December 30, 2024 - Xochimilco Area - Bosque de Nativitas & Exposición Permanente de Planta Madreselva

Took an Uber to an area called Xochimilco.
The ride took about 35 minutes and there was a lot of traffic.
The Uber driver was pretty impatient with the traffic but got us there OK.
It's an area with canals.
In the same area is a large park called Bosque de Nativitas.
We walked through a part of the park.
You can ride  a horse around the park.
Pretty inexpensive (about $13 for 1/2 hour or $25 for an hour).
We didn't do it.

Lots of dogs in the area.
Most were napping in the warm sun.

Next to the park is a flower and plant market.
There were so many stalls.
