The 6S replacement screen required the usual moving over of all the ancillaries (home button, camera, speaker, etc.). It's more fiddly work but not too back. The important thing is to not drop any of the micro screws. Didn't take any pictures of the process. Only this picture of "after" repair. Also put a screen protector on the glass.
Replacing both screens took about 45 minutes. Both replacement screens were ordered on Amazon.
