MGB Charging

Because it sits so much, the battery drains & needs recharging periodically.
I have to move it at least twice a week for street cleaning.
Had to jump start it to get it on the driveway.

The batter is located behind the seats.
There's a metal cover that needs to be removed first (four 1/4 turn screws - like  Dzus fasteners).
Originally, the cars came with two 6V batteries in series, one located on either side of the car.
The car got a 12 gel battery at some point so only one of the compartments is needed.
Also, the gel battery is much smaller than even one of the original 6V batteries.

I use the 2A slow charge setting and let it charge all day.  It's better for the battery to charge slowly.
After charging, the car started right up.
