Snap-on 3/8 ractchet (FV71) & Plomb 9/32" mini-breaker bar

The V in the model number signifies an tool produced for the Military (this one is probably WWII or Korean War Era...)

The 1/4" extension is "Husky" brand and the socket is a 1/2" Craftsman

The original size of the square is about 9/32" (not 1/4") and was made that way for the military (WF standing for Wright Field).  Snap-on also made the odd size per military spec.  Someone modified the square on this handle to fit 1/4" sockets (filed/ground down... poorly...)

The handle has provision to insert a bar (with a check-ball inside)
