Bought two 175/85R15 tires for the 914.

Only one fits in the trunk.

The tire is to replace this one that blew out while sitting in the driveway.

First China made car tires I've seen...

Made in the 33rd week of 2015 (3315)

High treadwear number and high traction/temperature ratings.

The plastic rim is pretty cracked...

The center pieces are just barely hanging on with one screw that's partially on...

Just one screw holding the three parts together loosely.

Applied some oil on the holes & screw then ran the screw fully into all three holes to clean out the threads.

Found the right size screws for the hub pieces.

The bolts won't work because there's not enough room for a socket.

Will use the Phillips head screws.

They're countersunk and should be panhead.

But, they'll work.
