Jaeger Oil Pressure Gage -- During & After Cleaning

| One of the most dirty gauges I've every bought & cleaned. At least the trim ring comes off by rotating. This picture doesn't show it well, but the actual gauge face is extremely dirty and was very difficult to clean, without risking damaging the white markings. Had to clean is in about 10 separate steps (lightly clean, then dry, then repeat...). |
After Cleaning
The glass lens is convex and makes it difficult to take a good picture of the gauge face; too many reflections. Had to take several pictures from different angles. The third one seems to have turned out the best...
