Paper Pictures -- Part 3 - 1995 Trek Bicycle Catalogue
I have this bike in the garage.
It's a little rough and needs "refurbishing."
Plan to work on it one of these days...
They put it under the "competition" category, implying that it's top of the line.
Carbon fiber was just at it's infancy in the bicycle industry.

Friday, January 28, 2022 -- Manhattan Beach Pier -- Santa Ana Winds...
The flag shows how the wind is blowing "out".
Not desirable conditions.
It makes the last quarter of the ride directly into the wind...
Paper Pictures -- Part 2 - 2018 work trip to Japan & Thailand
Tokyo subway map.
Japanese on one side and English on the other.
I usually actually use these paper maps when in Japan.
I think this was a large park/garden area in Tokyo Harbor.
Hotel where I stayed in Bangkok.
It was a very nice, modern hotel with a full breakfast included.
Everything in Thailand was very reasonably priced.
The hotel, food, transportation, etc.
Interesting instructions...
Some more instructions.
Bicycling Data for 2020 & 2021
In the past two years, I've ridden more than ever before.
I probably rode my bike more than I drove.
The main numbers that catch my eye are:
For 2021,
Distance = 4004 miles
Number of Rides = 202
Average speed = 18.89 MPH
For 2020,
Distance = 4197 miles
Number of Rides = 266
Average speed = 18.78 MPH
Mount Everest is 29,000 feet above sea level.
There's a "thing" where people climb that elevation in one go (they repeatedly climb a particular hill).
The current record is 6 hours and 40 minutes.
Stuff on the two flat file top work surfaces...
Several of the wheels that were on this table were hung up on the new hanger I just installed.
The other flat file with a bunch of stuff that need to find homes...
Put more wheels on this flat file top...
Need at least two more steering wheel hangers to make space for all these wheels...
Wheel among the grills...
There's three Jaguar grills hung near the entrance.
There's enough space to hang one steering wheel among the grills...
Rearranged to make space for a Jaguar E-type wheel (series II).
